That's excellent work there Johnny. I tip my hat to you. Such a shame that RSC refuse to even consider TrackIR for Train Simulator.
Look out for a PayPal payment from me to get yourself a beer. CHEEEEEEERS!

Beer donation, or whatever else you like, on it's way. Many, many thanks for this. One question: I have kept a copy of TS2013 separate from the new update, so I could continue to use TrackIR, as well as stop the update damaging my working copy. I also have an updated copy of TS2014 which I will alter as time goes on. Am I right in thinking that this version of your patch will not work with the old TS2013? If it doesn't work, is it possible to have two versions running side by side on the same computer, with the TS versions installed on separate drives? Many thanks once again.

Thank you very much Sir.. you have done the community a great justice. When the developer has failed their customers, you have come in to save the day.. rest assured I'll be donating any money I was going to give them for DLC.. to you Sir.. again .. thank you very much.

Hi Johnny,
i just downloaded and tried to install your mod. But unfortunately the installer always brings up the following error:
"Cannot create the following file:
...\Steam\SteamApps\common\railworks\TIR4RW5.SSA"
I already tried installing it in different direcotries and as administrator aswell. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Best regards Peter

pii3t:
It sound very strange! my Mod should not create a .SSA file, only TIR4RW5.ini if the org. has be deleted When pops up this error mess. in the Start/End of inst. of the mod, or?
can you take a snapshot of your desktop with the err. mess. and installing prg.
Sorry for my English.

Thanks for your response. Here is the screenshot. The error screen pops up about half a second after clicking on "next" on the directory screen. Attachments:

Johnny.
This mod is incredible, and don't get me wrong, I thank you very much for what you've achieved.
In the TS2013 mod I was able to move my head up and down and side to side, (y and z linear movement rather than rotational). I see you've not been able to achieve this with the latest mod (other than forward/backward which is great).
Is this linear movement something we may see in the future? I miss it very much as some cabs are too high or too low and it was very simple to remedy this using TrackIR.
Cheers.

Many many more thanks Johnny. I look forward to an update sometime. In the meantime, is there anything we can do as end users to help in the process?

Hi, finally got around to installing your mod to work with TS2014. However, can't get it to work when steam exe. starts. I have TS2014 on one drive, and TS2013 on another. Your previous version continues to work okay with TS2013, and I was advised I could have both versions of your mod installed alongside each other on my PC. Maybe that isn't correct? Each version of Track IR Support has it's own start up icon in the appropriate TS folder. In order to use each version of TS I change the drive letter to S: through computer management in order to make sure Steam doesn't get hold of my TS2013 installation and nuke it by accident. Each version of TS works fine in it's own folder when I change the drive letter. Any ideas where I am going wrong? Thanks.
