I have an AMD 2800+ with an MSI 5600 VTD video card. When I get around others cards especially at the starting grid, my vector is unusable and the screen jumps around a quite a bit. I have this loaded on two different machines (AMD 3200+ with 5900 VDT cards) and they all do it. Once the cars get some spacing, everything works normally. Scratching my head on this one. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Does "VTD" have anything to do with "vectors"? I don't know what you mean by "vector is unusable and the screen jumps around a quite a bit."
At the start of a full-grid (you and 19 AI) race in GPL, the frame rate is lower because of all the cars in view but it goes back up to the 36 fps max about 5 - 10 seconds after the flag drops to start the race.
What are you using for Detail Slider, AA and screen resolution? If you go into the GPL Options > Graphics menu, you can reduce the Detail Bias slider to 99% or 74%. The frame rate and graphics will be the same from 99 to 75% and the same from 74 to 26%.

You want to run it past me what this has to do with GPLShift? I'm really trying to understand the problem. Is this a TrackIR thing??
