Avoiding accidental shifts

Hello all,
I love using the G25 shifter in GPL. GplShift works great! My shifter doesn't! Sooner or later when I'm in the second gear it automatically switches to neutral and back within a fraction of second. That's enough to send me into the barrier. Wouldn't it be a nice feature if we could tell GplShift to ignore such accidental shifts?
I know that rFactor has such a config option, it is called "Repeat Shifts" and can be set in the *.PLR files to either
0 = no repeat shift detection
1 = detect and eliminate accidental repeat shifts within 100ms
2 = 150ms
3 = 200ms
4 = 250ms
5 = prevent shifting again before previous shift is completed
Of course, I should (and will) send back and let repair the wheel. But maybe such an option is useful for someone else and maybe it's not too difficult to implement.
