JSJ, I run 3 widescreen monitors at 5040 x 1050 using a TH2G with a 130 degree FOV. After struggling to change the driver position Bob Simpson pointed me to GPLShift. It is so easy to use!! I love it! But... (you knew there'd be a "but" didn't you?) I need to move the driver position back farther than GPLShift will go. The screen shot shows what it looks like all the way back. As you can see, my view stops with only the top half of the steering wheel showing. If you run 130 degree FOV at, say, 1280x1024 the arms look like they're about 4 feet long and you can see a lot more leg. Based on this someone pointed out that going back any further might reach the point where you see the end of the rendered arms and parts of the car that aren't rendered. But as you can see from my screen shot this is not likely in my case. Is there any chance you could program GPLShift so there is more distance of movement to the rear for the driver position? I would be so grateful. Hmm... I don't see how to attach a screen shot so go to this link, post 424. There is a link (wide screen.jpg) with that post. forum.racesimcentral.com/showthread.php?t=318308&page=17

Maybe it's just me but I still don't see how to post a .jpg screenshot. So here's a link to another rsc forum post that shows the screenshot I made while using actual GPLShift to shift the driver position back as far as possible. The prior shots I linked you to were done with some other shifter utility. It was a quick way to show you something. But this shot really shows how little of the arms and thingypit walls I can see. ! guess that we're lucky to have this BB at all, but I'm pretty sure that pictures can't be attached. It's also annoying that c0ckpit keeps coming up as thingypit. LOL.

JSJ, Thank you so much for getting to this. Here is a GPL screen shot at 5040x1050 using my TH2G. This is with the driver position all the way back. What other resolutions would you like to see? Also, would it be possible to make it so you can adjust the driver position when viewing replays? Thanks Rick img142.imageshack.us/img142/1729/130deg.jpg

No, working with it right now and seems Okay with my analog TH2G in 3840x1024: InCar View with side mirror inside center monitor (new default position) and you can move forward & back vith the [ ZOOM ] Function and still save the new position with the HOME key Back latter this week with a release, if I don't find serious bug.

If you could use me to test it with my digital TH2G and wide monitors I'd be very glad to do it. I'll try to check in here everyday. Thanks again for your effort.

Hi ricknau Yes, you can help me with Digi. TH2G 5040x1050 Test, and please take pic. of [ ZOOM ] max forward & !back!, as you did last year: forum.racesimcentral.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=466957&d=1225661578(It was big help too illustrate the TH2G problem, BTW, Thanks) There seems to be big trouble with GPLPS Installed GPL UK: Graphic errors, and final CTD and I do not who to blame (new Graphic drv. - Papyrus, - GPLshift???) But Okay with GPLPS Installed GPL US (until now), what GPL country version do you have? Do you have a email address I can send GPLshift (0.7.7.0) to, when I am ready? Best JSJ
