Hello can anybody out there tell me how to use all of the head tracking features in GPL shift that have been turned off? when I first installed it a few years ago I could move my head all around & the game head would follow mine, I just did a fresh install of GPL, GPL shift & TrackIr & it no longer works. It did (I guess by accident) the first time after my new install while I ran the 69 mod..& then after that it did not work again. I called Trackir & I checked the GPLshift info & it says these features are not part of the program, but somehow it was for me & I want it back.

Hello goouch Check list: (too be sure) Download latest vers. of GPLshift (v0.750) unpack the .zip into GPL's root dir. where you have gpl.exe (GPLpatch.exe & GPLshift.dll must be there) Start GPLpatch.exe via Windows Explorer, You should see the message: "This is a PATCH, which..." click Yes you should then see: "We have made a SUCCESFUL PATCHING..." Or see the message "It SEEMS WE HAVE PATCHED GPL..." click no Start GPL/GEM+: When you come to the In Car / Arcade view then you should see a text below: "GPLshift: Enabled NP TrackIR Unit Support..." And the TrackIR should then work, please notice: GPLshift does not support TrackIR's Roll (Tilt) function. Known GPLshift issues: Desktop shortcut can give problems, so run GPLpatch.exe via Windows Exp. as earlier metion. GEM+: Run GPLpatch.exe before installing/running GEM+ - If you already have installed GEM+ then try this: move all new GPL*.exe files (GPLc66 & GPLc67) to backup dir. and run GPLpatch.exe if necessary, Then start GEM, there should recreate all new GPL* files build on the pacthed GPL.EXE. Check that 6DOF is enable in TrackIR software GPL selected Profile (see the moving in "View\Head" view ) Any luck? Sorry for my English JSJ
