GPLShift and RS shifter sleeve

Reinstalled GPL after a lot of years, used the latest version of GPLShift and noticed the following.
I use an Actlabs wheel, performance pedals and shifter. When I attach the shifter using an USB adapter I can use all 5 gears, when I attach the shifter using the RS Shifter sleeve, it always skips 3th gear.
Attached both the pedals and clutch to the RS Wheel so only one game controller is used.
Other games like RC2000 or CMR2 gave me no problems when shifter attach through RS shifter sleeve, only GPL.
Could this have something to do with GPLSHIFT???

Using ACTLABS's Alshift software with GPL?

Then disable GPLshift's Shifter support:

Tried the Alshift software today, disabled GPLShift shifter support and was able to use all 5 gears in GPL, only problem is, there is no shift animation, the arm of the driver isn't switching gears anymore.
Conclusion, there is no problem with the RS Shifter Sleeve because it works using Alshift. Shifter is also working in GPL using the USB adapter, only not when connected through the RS shifter sleeve using GPLShift.

Edit:
JSJ, I had selected Shifting_Behaviour = 6, because thats wath I needed driving non BRM cars, switched to Shifting_Behaviour = 4, this one uses the same behaviour as 6 and now I can shift htrough all gears using the RS shifter sleeve. Have not tried it with the usb adapter because I am not going to use that anymore. Strange, because Shifting_Behaviour =4 and 6 should do the same, but my problem is fixed for now.
