As a counter-point I think that it's one of the simplest. What problems are you having?

To add further, the only thing that I see as confusing is determining which controller number the wheel is and which buttons are which number. You should be able to get that information in the control panel > game controllers window under test forces. Just remember that the first button is number zero.
