Hi JSJ, absolutely love your util, must be a top 3 of all the addons for GPL. (and I have many ;D)
However, if I use the POV to look I immediately loose the zoom view and have to click again to get my FOV back which confuses me when I race.
I've tried to set up the POV as buttons (.BUT) but it doesn't react to any number I set it to.
Now they are mapped to buttons that are so unintuitive and I really want them on the POV as I would be able to se different angles etc.
I use a Thrustmaster FF Racing Wheel and XP.
Any ideas?

I don't think that JSJ comes here anymore, but let me try to help.
You have the POV or hat 8 way button on the wheel set up to look right/left? Any chance that you're pressing an orientation other than pure left or right - i.e. the direction on the POV between top and right?
What buttons do you have assigned to the FOV zoom? Do you have more than one device plugged in and showing at the game controllers window? Are you sure that you have the right controller assigned (1.pov or 2.pov)?
I don't think that the POV translates to button numbers the same as regular buttons do.
Have you assigned look right/left in the game's controllers menu? You must make sure that no single button is assigned any more than one command between the game and the GPLShift.ini.
Finally, I don't think that you can use the POV to get different angles of view since under "Look_Left45d_Button" it must be a button only (not POV).
"If you have chosen POV/MOU mode, then you donĀ“t need to setup any button # below"

Thanks a lot for your reply, Bob, much appreciated. But you know how it is when you finally go to the doctor and you get well on the way there? Same thing happened to me now. I've been trying my eyes out to get this working properly using all sorts of combinations and given up, but then by some freak occurence it suddenly worked like it should when I fiddled some more just now!! Just for fun I checked the ViewCarEngine&RearWheel = 1 in the 'look' section and there it was!! Zoom didn't change no matter what I did to the POV!! Sure enough, I switch it off again and I am back to losing the zoom when looking! Beautiful!! Now my setup is just as I would like it! ;D So JSJ is working hard and too busy, eh? Maybe I should have made this thread in RSC where more people could see it and for reference anyway. And Bob, yes the POV will give you all the look angles!!

Hi JSJ, thanks for your reply! Here is my GPLshift.ini, but as I said it is working now. Sure, the back of the car in the 122 degree view looks strange with my GPLEA Eagle, but that really doesn't matter.
